Hmm, did you upgrade your PHP to PHP5? Was things working before? Are you able to downgrade it back to PHP4?

To use PHP5, we need to go in and re-install the entire script.

On the list of features it is mentioned "Manage affiliates up to 9 levels deep"

Would this mean that the my 3-wide forced matrix can only be 3x9 maximum?

If so, how deep can the Company Matrix be?

I am interested to buy your

It's actually 3x9 for each member, no matter where they fall in the matrix. Your company matrix can therefore be as deep as you like (no limit).

Yes, the forced matrix software includes full installation and support.
